Are you looking for summer meals for your students?  Here are a couple of local options:

From June 7th through August 13th, Country Neighbor in Orwell Ohio will be offering a Summer Feeding Program to children 18 years and under.   There are 13 different pick-up locations available Monday through Friday with varying hours.  There will be a Breakfast and a Lunch meal in each bag each serving day.  A few closest Pick-Up locations for our Bloomfield-Mespo School District families are:

Country Neighbor building from 11:00 am -11:20 am

Grand Valley High School parking lot from 11:00 am – 12:30 am

Windsor Community Center from 9:30 am – 9:50 am

No sign up is necessary.  The program runs on a first com first serve basis.

Call Melissa at (440)437-6311 for more information.

“Now That’s What I’m Talking About” is a Summer Meal Program through the Claridon Community Helps non-profit organization and is run by volunteers.  They offer Lunches for all school aged children and younger.  They have pick-up locations in Middlefield, Ohio on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  (Tuesdays and Thursdays Lunches will be handed out on Monday and Wednesday).  If you would like to receive Lunches, even if it is short term, visit ClaridonCommunityHelps.org  or register by phone by calling Judi Maloney at (440)321-5596.
