Open Board of Education Seat

The Bloomfield-Mespo Local School District Board of Education is currently accepting applications to fill a vacant board member position. This is an important opportunity for a community member to serve the district, support student success, and help guide the future of Bloomfield-Mespo schools.

The Board of Education plays a vital role in establishing district policy, overseeing the school system’s operations, and ensuring that the educational needs of all students are met. Board members work collaboratively with district leadership to make decisions that reflect the values and priorities of the Bloomfield-Mespo community.

Application Process

Interested applicants may apply in one of the following ways:

  • Online:

    Completed applications should be emailed to gregg.isler@blmschools.org no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 8, 2026.

  • In Person:
    Applications may also be picked up at the Bloomfield High School main office during the following times:

    • Monday, January 5, 2026 | 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

    • Tuesday, January 6, 2026 | 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

    • Wednesday, January 7, 2026 | 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

    In-person applications must be completed and submitted to the Bloomfield High School main office by 2:00 p.m. on January 8, 2026.
