What: Sports Physicals, Wellness Visits, Sick Visits
When: May 14th from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Where: Bloomfield Middle High Building
Appointments are required. If you would like to schedule a visit for your child, please contact:

This convenient on-site service is available to all students in the district.
Once scheudled you will need to have your student grab forms in the office to fill out and return at your appointment.

What a magical day at our school!
Our students were amazed and engaged during today's assembly featuring, Tada Magician, who wowed the crowd with incredible tricks, laughter, and plenty of surprises!
